Due to the nature of our services, which include publishing, ghostwriting, audiobook production, illustration, marketing, and author website creation, all work is customized and digital, making refunds limited under the terms below.
Ghostwriting & Publishing Services: Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced or drafts have been delivered. Refunds may be considered only if services were not provided as agreed in the contract.
Illustration & Audiobook Production: Payments are non-refundable once work has started, including initial drafts or audio recordings. Revisions will be provided according to the agreement.
Marketing & Author Websites: Refunds are not available after project initiation. Adjustments and revisions will be accommodated as per contract terms.
In rare cases, refunds may be considered at Macmillans Publishers’ discretion if services are clearly not delivered or contractual obligations are unmet.
